Key Dates for 2024 Entry
This information is for those currently in Year 5 of primary school and will be sitting The Secondary Transfer Test (11+) in September 2023. Timeline for entry in 2024
Children born between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013 will be moving up to secondary school in September 2024.
The dates set so far for that academic year are as follows.
Early May 2023 – Secondary Transfer Test registration opens
Registration opens at 10am for children who attend out of county and partner schools.If your child goes to a state funded Buckinghamshire primary school they are automatically registered for the Secondary Transfer Test.
June 2023 – Secondary Transfer Test registration closes
Registration will close at 3pm (the date is not yet determined).
Autumn term 2023 – Practice and Transfer Tests
Test dates will be in the autumn term 2023 and actual dates will be confirmed closer to the time.
