If your child is aiming for a Buckinghamshire grammar school place in September 2027, these are the dates you need to know.

Don’t Miss Registration
Registration closes in early June 2027. Missing this deadline means your child will not be able to sit the exam that year. We strongly recommend registering as soon as the window opens in May.
Start Preparing Now
The earlier your child begins preparation, the more confident they will feel on exam day. Our Year 4 and 5 Courses cover all four areas of the GL Assessment exam — English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning — in small groups of typically 5-6 students, taught by a qualified specialist teacher.
We also offer mock exams to give your child experience of sitting the test under real exam conditions before the big day.
